Lakeview’s new entry level Sales Analytics module designed to deliver the needs of smaller businesses. Having listened to our customers and in partnership with PHOCAS we are releasing a cut down version of the Sales Analytics software product to meet these needs.
- Identify additional sales through cross, link, up or switch sell
- Improves the performance of sales teams to exceed targets in the most competitive of environments.
- Ensure all reps can sell all products to all customers, not comfort selling
- Measure and monitor against target and improve accurate forecasting
- Alert to changes in buying trends; more, less, differently by product, customer etc
- Re-activate lapsed and inactive customers and prevent drift
- Reduce start-up times and minimise impact of leavers
With the ability to assign targets to any set of data: by product, group, customer, area etc. Sales Analytics not only gives a clear view of current position and forecast, but also motivates the team, making targets more easily achievable.
