“We’ve been live on LV for quite a while now. Our new internal support system is very good but I felt the need for a tool to help me prioritise work assigned to me and spot other urgent support issues.
I’m not a professional programmer by any stretch of the imagination but found it very quick and easy to produce an application using the LV SDK. Written in C#, the LV SDK architecture is designed to be very readable. The result is a useful tool that has improved productivity and customer service levels”.
