When you choose Lakeview Software and System you are fully supported and supplied. We upgrade and support the software directly, using a dedicated Lakeview team. All our customers have direct access to staff that understand the system and who are involved in its development.

The market leading aftercare Support and Maintenance services from Lakeview can cover all aspects of the Lakeview solution, from the business system through to hardware, network and third party software, ensuring business continuity.

Our pro-active support model ensures that we are regularly in contact with you to ensure that your systems are running efficiently and to see if there is anything that we can do to further assist you.

Lakeview operates a “three ring” telephone answer policy and your call to us is answered by an experienced Consultant, not a machine or a call logger. Lakeview does not use voice mail.

Any contact with the Support Desk is logged by our Consultants ensuring that we compile a knowledge base of your specific requirements.

Our experienced Support and Engineering teams liaise directly with our Software Developers and Business Systems Consultants to ensure that any actions required occur quickly if not immediately.

We offer an Internet Support capability and the ability to share your experiences and knowledge with other Customers and Lakeview via our online knowledge base and forums.

Lakeview can also offer Managed Services to remove the problem of day-to-day system management. We can manage your Lakeview solution such that you do not have to worry about overnight batch runs, backups, system tuning, upgrades. We can even set up new users and change parameter tables for you.
