Bob Critchlow, Executive Chairman
With over 25 years of senior management experience within the IT industry Bob’s main priority here at Lakeview is to ensure that the company is armed to deliver against its promise of unlocking businesses potential.
Bob was CEO at Tetra where he successfully floated the business on the London Stock Exchange before growing the business and selling it to Sage.
His experience in senior management, marketing, customer services and product management gives Lakeview an all round view of the customer experience and areas in which we need to improve in order to retain our impressive customer base and attract clients who are disillusioned with their existing ERP supplier.
Bob has a BA/MA in Physics from Cambridge University as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mark Greatrex, Chief Executive Officer
After working in the IT industry for over 25 years Mark has an excellent pedigree in senior development, product and general management roles. Having spent a considerable percentage of his career to date at JBA, Tetra, Sage, QAD and Lawson, Mark's understanding of the requirements of an ERP solution is the basis upon which Lakeview are building their market-leading product and services delivery capabilty.
As CEO of Lakeview Mark's primary responsibilty is for the profitable growth and development of the business whilst still maintaining Lakeview's market leading reputation for product and service delivery.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (Special Honours) degree in Mathematics from the University of Sheffield.
Russell Kirby, Sales Director
Russell has over 20 years experience in the business software solutions marketplace and has held Senior Sales positions at ERP specialists Panacea, Fujitsu and Systems Union before joining Lakeview in 2007.
Russell has an excellent track record in building highly effective and motivated ERP sales teams. His sales approach is a consultive one, working closely with new and existing customers to understand their business needs and how Lakeview can help deliver tangible business benefits.
One of his stated primary objectives within Lakeview is to further enhance the communication between Lakeview and its customers with more 'face time' as well as more information flowing both directions.
Lawrence Steingold, Chief Financial Officer
With over 25 years of senior management experience within the IT industry Lawrence's main priority here at Lakeview is to ensure the financial integrity of the company and to make information avaliable to senior managment to enable them to make the correct business decisions.
Lawrence was also at Tetra as Group Finance Director where he managed the floatation process and was instrumental in providing data to Sage ahead on their acquisition of the business.
Lawrence was also Group Finance Director of another quoted company, Oxford Molecular , which he sold to compaines based in the US. He also has experience of leasing to the IT industry with Syscap Plc. Before joining Lakeview he was instrumental in selling this company to Private Equity.
Lawrence has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University College London and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Chris Hems, Product Marketing Director
Having worked for Lakeview for the past 6 years as Training Manager, Chris has an amazing insight into how our customers are actually using Lakeview to benefit their organisation. He also has first hand knowledge of how to use the technology in a customer environment, as his previous company were avid users of Lakeview. Chris’s background is in the food and drink industry mainly in a stock and logistics role.
Chris’ primary objective here at Lakeview is to analyse the business and technology needs for our target markets and existing customers. He is then responsible for taking these initial concepts all the way through product development to market acceptance.

Matthew Noonan, Technical Director
Mat Noonan has worked for Lakeview since 1991 and over the years has moved between the development, hardware engineering and technical support departments. As a result of Mat’s broad involvement over the years within the organisation, he has an in-depth understanding of the technologies used to create, deploy and support the Lakeview product.
Mat’s primary responsibilities are to ensure that any technical solution provided by Lakeview matches the requirements, delivers functionality and usability, and is future proof. Mat also heads-up any 3rd party integration work to ensure that solutions can be created in a generic fashion and contain the necessary integration to allow a smooth implementation.
