
Gary Boyce has over thirty years experience within the technology sector, over twenty years as Managing Director or Chairman, mainly focused on ERP software applications. Working Internationally through both direct and indirect channels to the SME market, Gary has gained considerable experience of the customer demands within these enterprises.
As Managing Director of JBA, Gary led teams of 70 sales staff, 400 services staff and 600 in product development and marketing. Gary was the driving force behind JBA’s niche product strategy, delivering high fit to client needs with sector specific applications.
Gary’s focus within Lakeview is on mentoring the senior management team and driving company, product and channel strategy to provide total turnkey solutions to the SME market. Lakeview will exploit technology to deliver what its customers want without having to compromise.
Gary has a post graduate diploma in management studies, an NLP coaching diploma and is a fellow of the RSA.

After working in the IT industry for over thirty years Mark has an excellent pedigree in senior development, product, services and general management roles. Having spent a considerable percentage of his career to date in Director and VP roles at JBA, Tetra, Sage, QAD and Lawson, Mark’s understanding of the requirements of an ERP solution is the basis upon which Lakeview are constantly improving their market-leading product and services delivery capability.
Mark’s primary objective within Lakeview is to ensure the seamless implementation of Lakeview within our target markets. His role extends into sales, implementation, training, hardware, product development and support which are all critical to the provision of a single point of IT supply to our customers.
Mark has a BSc (Special Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Sheffield.

George has over 10 years experience within the Finance and Accounts business sector. Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 with Menzies (specialising in the SME market), and joining KPMG soon after as Audit Manager, with an emphasis on large FTSE listed companies in the Travel, Leisure & Tourism market. From 2001 to 2005 George specialised in Corporate Finance work for the SME market.
In 2005 George joined Journey Group plc (FTSE listed entity operating globally) as Group Financial Controller and from 2007 as ‘Commercial & Finance Director’ for the main trading division.
George’s experience includes:
- Led implementation of IAS & ERP system
- Raised £8m of finance from Private Equity market in 2007 and a further £9m in 2008 to finance overseas expansion in America
- Significant Private Equity & Banking relationship experience
- Led both the Finance & Operations departments
- Key experience in acquisitions, fund raising, strategy setting and working capital management
Having worked for Lakeview for the past 6 years as Training Manager, Chris has an amazing insight into how our customers are actually using Lakeview to benefit their organisation. He also has first hand knowledge of how to use the technology in a customer environment, as his previous company were avid users of Lakeview. Chris’s background is in the food and drink industry mainly in a stock and logistics role.
Chris’ primary objective here at Lakeview is to analyse the business and technology needs for our target markets and existing customers. He is then responsible for taking these initial concepts all the way through product development to market acceptance.
Chris has a BSc in Mathematics from Exeter University.
Mat Noonan has worked for Lakeview since 1991 and over the years has moved between the development, hardware engineering and technical support departments. As a result of Mat’s broad involvement over the years within the organisation, he has an in-depth understanding of the technologies used to create, deploy and support the Lakeview product.
Mat’s primary responsibilities are to ensure that any technical solution provided by Lakeview matches the requirements, delivers functionality and usability, and is future proof. Mat also heads-up any 3rd party integration work to ensure that solutions can be created in a generic fashion and contain the necessary integration to allow a smooth implementation.
