Direct Access to Lakeview
Do I have direct access to the right Lakeview people as well as support?
You will have a dedicated Account Manager who will act as your interface for most aspects of your business relationship with Lakeview. If you have a requirement to tailor any particular aspect of your system, your Account Manager will arrange contact directly with the software developers who can fulfil your requirements. Unlike many of its competitors, Lakeview has a very flat organisation structure which ensures that senior management take a close personal interest in every customer, and you will also have the opportunity to meet key personnel and other users at User Group meetings and company briefings.
