Customer Update
Two-way communication is critical for any relationship, but in particular in a partnership on which you base the success of a large part of your business. Lakeview has been working hard over the last year to ensure that our Customers are kept up to date with key developments within the company be it from a Product, Services or a Personnel perspective.
Our independent Customer Satisfaction Survey is commissioned by Lakeview and runs every 6 months, the third and latest survey being completed in November 2007. We survey a third of our customer base during each project. The results continue to please us but also give us a basis on which to base more strategic decisions around our product and services offerings.
Our fifth User Group is due to be held on the 11th June 2008. The Group has been set up by Lakeview to enable customers to share experiences of using the Lakeview software and to provide a forum for information exchange. All users of LM within your organisation should be encouraged to attend at least one event per year. For more information on how to get involved with the User Group click here
The Customer Zone and Customer Forum were both launched last year in conjunction with the updated menu in LM4. The Zone should be your window into the world of Lakeview with regular updates on products and events to which you are all invited.
For access to the Customer Zone simply click the icon from your LM4 menu or go to www.lakeview.co.uk/czone Our Customer Forum is a web based chat room which I would encourage you to take a look at. Information our up and coming User Group meetings can be found here, as well as minutes from previous events, but more importantly there are daily conversations being held here between LM users and our Product Development teams.
