New Customer Support Numbers
Announcing new Lakeview Support direct dial numbers 020 8298 2911 and 020 8298 2912
As part of Lakeview’s strategic focus on continuous improvement of the service we provide to our customers, we are pleased to announce the launch of dedicated Customer Support phone numbers, available from 11th June 2008.
By dialling 020 8298 2911 you will be automatically routed to the Lakeview Software Support Team who will have immediate visibility of who is calling.
Phone number 020 8298 2912 will route you directly to the Engineering Support Team, who will deal with hardware, networks, security, backups and email servers provided by Lakeview.
These dedicated support lines will help further guarantee your support call is answered within three rings by a knowledgeable Support Consultant or Engineer.
Sales, account and general enquiries should continue to be made via the existing Lakeview phone numbers, 020 8303 3329 or 0845 388 3329.
By adopting this new process you will benefit by gaining access to the most appropriate Lakeview person even more quickly than today.
