Lakeview operates a “three ring” telephone answer policy and your call to us is answered by an experienced Consultant, not a machine or a call logger. Lakeview does not use voice mail.
Any contact with the Support Desk is logged by our Consultants ensuring that we compile a knowledge base of your specific requirements.
