Since I joined Lakeview in November, I have had the pleasure of meeting a number of you, either in fact-finding meetings, so I can understand how we serve you or in the five product workshops we held in May and March or the user group in January.
The user group continues from strength to strength and we appreciate the feedback you provide to us during the day, for the next user group in June, we have listened, and will be delivering two sessions, one in Croydon and one in Chesterfield, so that our customers for whom a trip to the south would take too much time can benefit from the groups output as well.
The product workshops were a great success with you, our customers; we showcased a number of additions to the Lakeview solution family, in a relaxed and open forum. I certainly found the interaction of the groups extremely useful and we shall be presenting further workshops in the near future so please keep a lookout for your invite.
