Lakeview operates a “three ring” telephone answer policy and your call to us is answered by a staff member, not a machine; Lakeview does not use voice mail. Any contact with the Support Desk is logged by our Support Team ensuring that we compile a knowledgebase of your specific requirements. Our experienced Support team liaise directly with our Software Developers and Engineering departments to ensure that any actions required occur quickly, if not immediately.
Lakeview can offer Managed Services to remove the problem of day-to-day system management. We can administer your Lakeview solution such that you do not have to worry about overnight batch runs, backups, system tuning, upgrades.
