Maintenance items can be created on the system automatically through the sales ordering process or manually at any time.
Items are assigned to customers and delivery addresses and details can be stored for locations, warranty details and freestyle notes. Schedules of preventative maintenance call outs with repeat frequencies can be setup to streamline or automate the process of creating call-outs and an audit trail of the item is stored to allow for analysis of the product and customer call rates.
These call types are highlighted and linked with the scheduling system, allowing the scheduler to determine priorities between preventative maintenance calls and emergency call outs as well as rolling up calls within a particular time frame, maximising the engineers productivity whilst on site. Parts lists per maintenance type per product can be stored within the system, ensuring that stock availability is ensured prior to site visit and stock replenishment lists for engineers can be generated in advance of the day’s/week’s or month’s call outs.
