Allocate Capacity
Up to 20 work centres can be created to reflect a large variety of products. Capacity can then be allocated and managed by individual work centres for specific product categories.
Manage Work Centres
Lakeview allows a fully adaptable way to manage work centres by providing detailed analysis of cost and sales versus budget and efficiency versus target.
Anticipate and Manage Overloads
Thanks to the system seamless integration, the capacity planner can calculate, in real-time, potential overloads based on all input sales and works orders. This information is accessible at macro level in a consolidated and colour coded view. Drill down function is fully available from the highest to the lowest level (i.e. work-centres to individual stock items).
