Customer Zone & Forum
The new Customer Zone from Lakeview, formerly known as our Customer Area has been extensively developed to provide an industry leading service that offers additional support for our valued customers and more information on our products and services.
Customers can access the Customer Zone directly from links provided within the LM software. All access is secure, and the Zone instantly recognises customers' access details, meaning you are quickly and automatically logged in to all our services, including.
Internet Support
Internet Support, is provided by use of a quick an easy interface allowing you to access the name of a support representative and contact them immediately. It is accessed by one click of the relevant icon through the LM software.
KnowledgeBase
An easy to use Document Viewer is incorporated within our huge KnowledgeBase. Again available directly from the LM software, the KnowledgeBase contains the essential documents to help you get the most from your software and systems. A fantastic new search facility has recently been designed to allow you to search for specific items, and allows you more immediate access to all our documentation.
The Customer Zone provides even higher levels of servcie and support for our customers and at their request we have incorporated a whole host of new and useful features;
Customer Forum
The Customer Forum is again accessible directly from LM and one click puts you in a user group community of over 5000 people. It has been provided to offer additional communication with Lakeview and another level of interaction with our large user base. LM users can utilise the forum to take an active part in the continual improvement of our software, and receive and exchange information on non-urgent enquiries and suggestions.
Training
Much work has gone into providing relevant training services that help you get the most out of our products. Once within the new Customer Zone, users can access full detail on all our Training Workshops and the new Teleclasses throughout the year. Places can be quickly and easily booked through the customer zone at the click of a mouse.
LM Modules
Our research has shown that you want to know more about the wide range of software add-on modules available from Lakeview. The dedicated Modules section provides a detailed look at our latest Modules, what kind of companies use them and their benefits to you. We’ll provide you with ‘Module Spotlights’, providing information relevant to your company giving you an insight on how Lakeview can help your company grow.
Account Area
A simple User Account area has also been provided, so customers can view the details we hold on file, the services we provide to them and easily update us when changes to your business occur.
